Walking social basketball - join us!

The 2023 Wednesday night social walking basketball competition has started! Terrific to see many people trying it out and playing a game.

A perfect way to keep fit, meet new friends and to support a sporting club on Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland.

All ages welcome to register for walking basketball. Maybe this low impact style of basketball social competition is just for you!

Atherton Basketball Association Inc Far North Queensland is a volunteer-based sporting association. Offering weekly games and on court training for both new and experienced players during Queensland school terms 1, 2 & 3 at Atherton State High School Community Hall, Maunds Street.

Wheelchair & walking basketball social competition is an exciting inclusive, accessible addition to our sporting club. New and experienced players most welcome. Able - bodied and adaptive, independent and self sufficient players and referees.
