Wheelchair social basketball - join us!

The 2023 Wednesday night social wheelchair basketball competition has started! Terrific to see many people trying it out and playing a game.

Thank you to the Express Newspaper for the promotional support to let our Tablelands and Mareeba communities know of the competition now offered by Atherton Basketball Association Inc.

Atherton Basketball Association Inc Far North Queensland is a volunteer-based sporting association. Offering weekly games and on court training for both new and experienced players during Queensland school terms 1, 2 & 3 at Atherton State High School Community Hall, Maunds Street.

Wheelchair & walking basketball social competition is an exciting inclusive, accessible addition to our sporting club. New and experienced players most welcome. Able - bodied and adaptive, independent and self sufficient players and referees.
